Where are the data and the servers located?

Our servers are located in the EU, specifically in Frankfurt, as we use the hosting services provided by AWS for our website and servers. Additionally, we use MongoDB for our database, which is also based in Frankfurt. Our data storage and processing practices are fully compliant with GDPR guidelines, and all data and microservices providers information is stored within the EU zone to ensure maximum protection and privacy for our users.

What is the architecture being used in the system?

Our platform is hosted on a range of reputable cloud providers, including Heroku, AWS, Azure, and Google. These providers offer dedicated servers located within the EU, ensuring high performance and low latency for our users. How do we process information (GDPR)?

At our software company, we collect two types of data: voluntary feedback and usage analytics. The voluntary feedback we receive helps us understand what users like about our product and what can be improved. The usage analytics provide us with information about how users are interacting with the app and its features.

Please note that we do not collect any personal information, such as user identification or sensitive data. All the data we collect is related to the product and its setup. We take data privacy seriously and are committed to protecting our users' information.

How do you ensure that the documents stay up to date?

Our software product can integrate with your data management system and automatically update it, so you don't have to worry about manual updates. As long as you're connected to the internet, you'll always have access to the most up-to-date version of your documents. No need to manually check for updates or download new versions - it's all taken care of by our system.

Is OCR available in the document analysis?

Unfortunately, OCR is not currently available. However, it may be possible to include it in our enterprise package. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs and to learn more about the enterprise package. We're always happy to explore ways in which we can meet your business requirements.

How is the data organized and searched through?

Our data is organized based on several criteria, including product, source (e.g., DMS, ERP), language, tags, publishing date, and implicit context. This rich organizational structure allows our algorithms to provide more precise and relevant answers to your queries.

With our advanced search engine, we can quickly locate the exact location of the answer to your question within our data, using the aforementioned organizational criteria. This feature ensures that you get the most accurate and relevant answers to your queries.

How do you ensure safety/security of our sensible data?
